I went in for my annual exam and was very disappointed with the experience. The doctor appeared disengaged and conducted only minimal examination, which made the visit feel rushed and superficial. When I asked questions, she looked up answers online during the appointment, which did not inspire confidence in her expertise. Even routine procedures, like using the stethoscope, seemed perfunctory rather than thorough. Overall, the level of care felt unprofessional and did not meet my expectations for a yearly checkup.
I've been a patient since June 2016 and I must say this has been one of the most remarkable physicians I have encountered. I just happened to see her information via my Facebook newsfeed. Gotta love social media when it works positively. I am deeply disappointed with my experiences at Delc Medical Center in Frisco, Texas. The level of service and care I have received has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. My primary issue revolves around their handling of prescriptions. The medication I require is frequently backordered, which means the prescriptions my doctor writes often can't be filled at my pharmacy. Each time I've asked Delk Medical Center to transfer my prescription to an available pharmacy, I've been met with delays ranging from 3 to 5 days... read more
