I've been a patient since June 2016 and I must say this has been one of the most remarkable physicians I have encountered. I just happened to see her information via my Facebook newsfeed. I am deeply disappointed with my experiences at Delc Medical Center in Frisco, Texas. The level of service and care I have received has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. My primary issue revolves around their handling of prescriptions. The medication I require is frequently backordered, which means the prescriptions my doctor writes often can't be filled at my pharmacy. Each time I've asked Delk Medical Center to transfer my prescription to an available pharmacy, I've been met with delays ranging from 3 to 5 days... read more
My wife was a patient here. They took a $50 deposit before booking her first appointment, and they haven't returned it nine months later, despite us asking 5-6 time (the receptionist tells us to call finance, and finance never returns our call). Also refused to use the codes for our insurance needs for lab tests, making it cost $150 more than it should have. In the end, a fully covered preventative visit with $50 of lab tests ended up costing us $250. Services are okay, just expect to pay more.
