Black Bear’s guys were great! They were on time, cheerful and fast. We drove the next morning and the truck made excellent timing. They unloaded so fast and put everything where it belonged. It was the smoothest move ever and their prices were extremely competitive. I even called them back a few days later to deliver a piece of furniture and they gave me a great deal. I will definitely call them next time I need movers.
These guys made a dream our of a nightmare. The crew in the office answered my endless questions, and I even updated everything again one day before my actual move date, so they are very flexible. Eddie the driver made sure to call me before arrival so Ill be prepared, they took such a good care of my stuff, finished everything by 3pm. I really couldn’t ask for a better experience, Id definitely use them again and I recommend them with full heart!
It's hard to find a reliable moving company, it's always the same story; something is lost or something is broken, but with Black Bear moving and storage Bakersfield I have been more than satisfied. Its employees are 100% reliable, in addition to being careful with all your belongings and furniture. I constantly move out of town for work reasons and have worked with countless companies and so far and by far they have been the best. I highly recommend them.
