Extremely disappointing experience. As a parent, I was not informed that my son was being assessed for ADHD, nor was I contacted or consulted by the doctor at any stage. A significant three-page assessment was subsequently produced regarding my child without my knowledge or involvement. Dr Luke is such a kind and gentle paediatrician. He is always so patient and sweet with my son, taking the time to make him feel comfortable and safe at every visit. As a mum, I really appreciate that he also checks in on me and makes sure I feel supported too. You can tell he genuinely cares, and it makes such a difference. Dr Luke has been our children’s paediatrician for over five years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he provides. He is incredibly empathetic, a great listener, and always takes the time to address all of our concerns thoroughly. I recommend him to everyone and he is absolutely worth the wait every time. The reception staff are also wonderful, always welcoming, helpful, and greeting you with a smile. 5 stars all the way
We love Dr Luke, he is absolutely amazing. Dr Luke is the best, he is full of knowledge, an amazing man, gentle, loving and caring. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to see my son, my family highly recommend Dr Luke and his beautiful team. Thank you Dr Luke.
Dr Luke has been our paediatrician for 5+ years - you couldn't ask for a better standard of care. He is patient, kind and so knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand concerns, answer questions and make sure you are comfortable with the advice. I've also worked with Dr Rosa Galante (Clinical Psychologist) and Georgia Goodwin (OT) and have been equally as happy with their standard of care. I highly recommend Dr Luke and team...including Andrea and Maddie from reception who are also fabulous!
