After 6 months I am still waiting for call back.. waited for the response from whoever it is That was supposed to send me prices on a Crown, After I received nothing I called and left a message and a week later I received it in the mail. I called her back to let her know I couldn't afford that and to see what were my other options and she said she would check with the doctor and get back with me and that has been 6 months ...
