The first time I had a cleaning, they left a lot of staining on the back side of my bottom front teeth. I figured maybe it was because they spent all the time on X-rays and gum measurements. So the second time I mentioned it, and the hygienist scraped my teeth so hard, the inside edges of two back molars are jagged, and she either chipped a back molar or gouged out enough filling that I have a sharp point. The staff is nice and helpful. The dentist, not so much! She is unprofessional and not genuine. Pay close attention to her bedside manner or lack thereof. I would not recommend this office as the dentist is more concerned with making money, opposed to patient care.
Gentle,compassionate, enjoyed the visit, even though it was to a dentist.
Dr Snyder is very friendly and always ready to answer any questions I might have. She has such a gentle touch and does really well at explaining what she's going to do so treatment isn't as intimidating.
