Everyone in my family has gotten great treatment from Dr Diaz and his staff. We are totally happy with him.
They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures. They are closer to paperless than most and the doctor uses an Ipad like device to log in your info once in the examining room. They always dress professionally here and maintain a very professional appearance. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled nice and looked immaculate. They have adequate customer service. They seem to treat all their clients equally.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
