The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Dr. Diaz is a great doctor. He listens to you and is very thorough; more so then most doctors. His staff is great too, never had any issues. I've been going to him now for about 5yrs.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Worst doctor I have been to, he was so rude to me and my husband, I felt like he was having a bad day and completely took it off on me and my family, he seemed confused about my medical problem and keep leaving the room to see others patients. I will not be seen him again!!!! oh and there was no outcome or questions answer I spend my co-payment for nothing.

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
