Services in the past were ok. Kind and gentle dentist. Today, different experience. I waited 45 minutes after checking in only to be told by the receptionist that they had no appointment on file for me. This only came to light after I asked if I was going to be seen soon. I patiently waited those 40+ minutes as I could tell they were busy with all the back to school cleanings. I was extremely puzzled, why was I checked in then?
