I was preferred to Dr Mesa by my primary Dr. This is my 3rd time attempting to make an appointment, this is truly ridiculous. Each time someone would answer the phone place me on hold, another person would asked, how can they help me, I would respond, only to place on hold again. I'm on hold as I write comment going on 20mins, jut to make a New patient appointment. Not sure who respond to surveys but most of the comments I've read all have the same complain. 25mins, no one came back to phone.

I have been fighting COPD for at least 8 years. I have been having continued episodes and other doctors just haven't seemed to be able to find the true source. because of listening to what I had to say and his knowledge we are getting the situation resolved

Was referred to Dr Mesa by my primary Dr. When I arrived at 10;45 for my 11:am appt I noticed a sign stating, waiting time is 1 hour for all appts, reasoning with them did nothing, staff had a very rude attitude. I was called in at 11:55. you can't come later than 15 min of appt time, though waiting time is an hour. Dr was not clear & did not explain results well. Will not go back, took results & going to another Dr, did not trust Dr and tests performed, many patients were complaining as well.

Dr Mesa seems like a very good pulmonologist and came higly recomended from my primary however, his staff leaves a great deal to be desired. It is an all day event to get hold of a nurse to get a prescription sent to a medical supply company. Ofter the phone will be picked up and hung up and when someone does answer and you ask for a nurse by name I've been put on hold for up to 45 minutes before giving up. That is if the call doesn't get disconnected...
