Dr Casaubon is a wonderful endocrinologist. He is patient, kind, thorough, and displays the bedside manner that's truly hard to find. Once I got all my results back, I came into the office and he went through everything -- line item by line item -- explaining what every result meant, and in great detail, so I was able to leave his office fully informed. Dr. Luis Casaubon friendly. But not prepared for my second he looks confused. Appointment lack of communication with his PA advising me with totally different option for my medical issue. No fallow up calls and if you call front desk no answer at all.
