Dr. Li has been in practice for quite a while, she’s quite knowledgeable and cares. Some of these reviews really surprise me. Running a practice, staffing a practice and maintaining a practice for many years is not for the lighthearted. There are many twists and turns; ups and downs. Dr. Li and all the dermatologists at the office are well trained and professional!
Lucy Li is not a reliable doctor, don't waste your time going there.Lucy Li gives multiple appointments at the same time to many people and she doesn't spend at least 5 mins with a patient. She doesn't even try to understand the patient problem and have to wait 45 mins from your appointment time. I never see this kind of horrible doctor and her nurses
I have been using Dr Li for my dermatologist since I retired from my medical practice. Her office is efficient, friendly and professional. Appointment available in a reasonable time frame and Dr Li is a great dermatologist. She removed a skin cancer from near my eye and the scar is nearly invisible! Jay Story MD
Visited twice. First time, I try to consult flat wart, but my face was itchy and flaky, it look irritating at that time. She said hard to diagnose, give me some samples and the prescription pill for 2 weeks trial. During the trial, I was itchy and flaky everyday, and I found there was a couple samples expired. I visited her again after 2 weeks, she said "the sample is for flat warts, it's strong, it will make flaking and itching."
