I have had a wonderful experience with the doctor, a humane and personalized treatment, super realistic and honest, he solves every problem. The only bad thing about the center is the secretary (a Colombian girl) who is very moody, but then all the staff is perfect
I would never recommend Dr. Cherenfant. Every appointment is rushed. He never looks at your chart. He changes his recommendations mid-treatment, never provides context for the patient to understand anything. Every appointment with him had my confused and flustered, and he absolutely never seems to notice or slow down to better explain things. He does not review the ultrasounds he orders. I spent a week asking him via MyChart if he had reviewed the scans he ordered. He never answered the question.
Dr. Cherefant is absolutely amazing with excellent bedside manner! Very clean office and great staff! He delivered my son and I wouldn't change a thing about my experience!
Excellent !!! Dr. Cherenfant is very easy to talk to never rushed you off like most doctors... The office is so zen and relaxing and beautiful.
I myself work at a doctor’s office , so I know how stressful it is. I was not seen the doc since he had some emergency, another physician saw me. She was very warm compassionate, gentle touch, answered all questions and asked if there is anything else that bothering me. Strongly believes in keeping patient engaged in their health care. Amazing experience to gyn. Thank you , love this sweet woman.
I was welcomed by a young female physician who occasionally is there. Heartwarming, educative and empathetic are the words to describe that beautiful soul. She personally brought me in from the waiting area, saw I looked stressed, so offered me a cup of water. Finally asked me my concerns after making sure that I looked more eased into the environment. I am going to see her again and I will recommend my dear ones to see her too. I love my new gyn
I love the Indian lady doctor who sees patients there. She is from Flushing hospital. Perfect addition to that office, she can speak Hindi and some Bengali words here and there. she is extremely polite, honest, very thoughtful and intelligent. She spends a lot of time with patients teaching them about their health. it feels like she can read what is going on in your mind. I love her because she makes us so comfortable, I leave the office with a smile and happy to see female doctor.
I heard about him every day , I wish I could go there unfortunately they don't accept my insurance company. So sad, keep doing the good work Dr. I read most of the reviews we need more Dr like you.
I should give 10 stars if I could. He is a doctor who really cares about patients, he took care of me since the beginning to the end of my pregnancy, he helped with all questions and very professional. The office is beautiful, nice and and very clean. I definitely recommend him. Thanks Doctor!
