Dr. Trevino both sisters are terrific and very good in listening to and understanding. It's always best to have patience and wait for the doctor to come in and see you to find out why your here for the visit. .am always thanking the doctor's when leaving the clinic..
Going back to the previous comment. I was wrong to write it. I looked into my statement and viewed that it was a glitch and was charged only once. Dr. Trevino is really a good doctor and PA Trevino is a great! I am sorry Dr. Trevino for my error. She is willing to see you, even same day appointments. I remember when I first met her, she was the only Dr. willing to see my daughter. It appears that I am just an ungrateful patient. Again, I apologize.
She was awesome at first (2004-14). That was the reason why my daughter and I would go to her. Also, She gives good referrals. However her staff turnover rate is high. When you call, you have to leave a message to so they might call you back. I was never reimbursed an overcharged co pay after speaking to the young lady in charge and the doctor and lastly, today my daughter went to an appointment to receive her vaccine (which I told the nurse when set apt) to be told to go to a pharmacy.
I like that the office is small.The wait time is always extra long!You will have to wait a hour for Any Reason!
