Do not expect to be able to speak to anyone on the phone, and do not expect a call back from your voicemails either. It will take months to get a referral, if you ever get it at all. I do not recommend this office in the slightest. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
I've never seen such an unresponsive staff and even a doctor. They’re so rude and if you call to make an appointment they don’t even answer the phone or they just put you on hold and then transfer your call and no one answer you. They give patients hard time with scheduling an appointment or ordering a lab test or refilling a prescription.
Dr. Tarin is amazing. She's very detailed and patient. She goes above and beyond!
