I have been a patient here since 2002. I had to move to TX for my job but I still come to MN 2-3 times a year for my dental exams. Dr Raymond is that good! I did not feel like going through the process of finding another dentist in this area and I had already been a patient for 12 years and Dr Raymond knew my situation and I felt it best to stay with him even though I live in TX. I highly recommend him and his staff they are wonderful & professional people

I've been going to Dr. Raymond for almost 40 years, since he was on Douglas Drive in Crystal. He is not only my dentist but I consider him a friend. He makes each of my visits as pleasant as they can be. His staff, from receptionists to his dental hygienists, are very professional and friendly. Most of all, the dental work I receive is excellent. I couldn't be happier with this great team.

Dr Raymond has provided his expertise on a number of procedures for me through the years and I have always been very much pleased. He has done facial bridges for me and they look so great. They look so real. And even his temporaries look like the real thing. You can't tell permanent from temporaries. I have complete confidence and trust in him. He really wants to do the very best. His staff is wonderful also! They are always helpful and pleasant

You can a pay a person for their ideas, knowledge, ability to assemble a team, and command of business and ability to execute. You can pay them with money, prestige, power and a corner office. But there is no amount of money, prestige or power you can a pay a person to care. It is binary, either you care or you don’t. Dr. Raymond really cares and it shows in his work!!! Dr. Raymond is not only an A++++ dentist but an A+++++ person too!!.

Dr. Raymond has been our family Dentist for over 30 years and he has always been caring and understanding and available. Great job repairing some dental work over the years and maintaining our smiles. Always enjoy our visits which are mostly for cleaning. Great staff and would recommend him to everyone I know.

I have been a patient of Dr. Raymond for thirty years. I can't imagine seeing anyone else and I dread the day he retires. He does great work, and he accommodates me so that regardless of the work being done, I am comfortable and relaxed. His staff are wonderful! I praise God that I found him all those years ago.

Terrible! I went to get the gaps in my teeth bonded and he upcharged me to replace a few of my fillings. Which is fine, however they never told me that they are out-of-network for EVERY insurer. What a bunch of crap. Then the job he did bonding my teeth was terrible. The gap was in the front and he made on tooth significantly larger and the line done the center is crooked. People have mentioned it to me since I got the work done and I am just as insecure about it as before. I even mentioned it t

This office has failed after working with me for over 41 years! Loyle has chosen to stay out-of-network with Insurers, causing those insured (even loyal multi-year customers) to have to pay more $ for the same services. Larger bills are occurring, causing a need for more time to pay those bills off w/understan. The BIG Problem: Camey (Admin) constantly sending letters for demand of payment, threatens to contact collections and calls the insurer to keep tabs on when payments were made.
