After chest pain and a stress test that showed abnormal results, dr battey advised me against a cardiac cath because of my kidney disease. (“The dye they use can cause further kidney damage”). He told me I was in no immediate danger and to come back in six months for a checkup. Within 2 months of dr battery’s advice, I took myself to the Emergency Room due to continuing chest pain.
