It took us an hour and 10 minutes before we even went into the patient room (my appointment was 8:30 am!). She spent about 5 minutes with my three-year-old daughter... during that time, she didn't even touch her. She was rude, robot-like, and uncaring. I asked how to do a particular thing needed for the next appointment, and she told me to be a genius and find a way. The lady at the front was rude as well. Horrible experience, terrible wait time...never will I EVER go back there!!!!!
This place is like a factory. Staff is rude so is the doctor. Doctor wasn't thorough and seemed annoyed when i started asking questions. She spent 3 minutes with my child. I am not going back to this place.
