My family loved the ambience at first, until we start getting into getting procedures done. At this point it was all about the good insurance that i have and not about good health of my teeth. This office is unaware, nobody ever knows what is going on, the doctor is out of the loop which is funny to me because you should be the main one aware of the dynamics of the office. Worst experience ever, I went to have a couple of teeth extracted that were bothering me and she was more interested in pulling all my teeth and selling me dentures. Told her I was on a fixed income and wanted to do little at a time but that didn't matter to her, she kept trying to persuade me to have it all done at once . Results from extractions done a year ago.

I had a deeply distressing experience with Dr. Lorraine Clark at Dental Care on Yellow Bluff. She recommended an unnecessary root canal for a chipped tooth that only had mild cold sensitivity. During the procedure, she failed to properly numb my mouth, causing severe pain, and frequently left to attend to other patients. Afterward, she provided no aftercare instructions, and the temporary crown fell off within days. If you seen her while she had her office on Soutel, good luck trying to get your records. Apparently since she’s moved into the New Berlin office, she no longer has access to X-rays that were taken from her Soutel office. Now I’m stuck having to pay out of pocket for another full oral X-ray. Just ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to pay for another set of X-rays because your office can’t access files from the previous office.
