There's new staff and they do not to a routine check up like they use to. We noticed our son pulling on his ears so we figured it was hurting him from teething or maybe an ear infection. We asked the new person who came in to take a look at his ears but they didn't and they ruled out that it was teething. The next day, our son got a fever of 103 and we had to go to the ER.
