Dr. Lori is the only optometrist who has ever provided me with a perfect prescription. Since my insurance changed, I have been to many other optometrists and am desperate to return to her practice. I have read the other reviews, and although this has not been an issue for me, I wouldn't mind waiting if it meant seeing a competent and professional provider.

I had an appointment and I've been sitting here for 45 minutes, prechecked in and it's empty in here. The receptionist didn't know why I was here, even though she had my chart in her hand. So why??
The eye doctor is great! However, the eyeglass service is terrible. They took far too long to come in, the girl helping me added things that neither I asked for nor was discussed. I'd go back for exams but I'd get my glasses/contacts literally anywhere else. Also, my frames broke within months and I'm gentle with them. I was told I'm out of luck since I didn't purchase insurance. Insurance was never offered.
