THIS DENTIST IS HORRIBLE!! HAD TO HAVE CROWNS DOWN AND SHE ONLY DID THE TIP OF THE TOOTH. NOW HAD TO HAVE THREE PULLED DUE TO THIS REASON AND ONE JUST CRACKED OFF.
I recently went for a cleaning. After Rachel cleaned my teeth, she told me she could not remove all the stains, which I saw still on my teeth. Sheri checked me out and attempted to charge me an incorrect amount; she charged me for Dr. Lavarne examining my teeth, which she did not do. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I voiced my concerns to Dr. Lavarne; she didn't care about the poor service. I immediately went to my old dentist; his hygienist removed all of the stains as usual.
