I saw Dr Lewis at this location. I wasn't treated very well from beginning to end. The doctor was very condescending and I felt very uncomfortable. I got my prescription and glasses at LensCrafters and that was ok but darn sure I will not be going back to that Optometrist.
I have been going here for a few years now but the customer service is similar to what you would get where they don’t care about customers, especially the ladies answering the phone calls. For a small business eye doctor I would think it would be more customer focused but other than that they can get the job done. **edit** I fell bad for using Walmart as a example of bad customer service and I apologize. That was rude of me to do and I removed that from my original review.
