Ive used the Drs next to LensCrafters for over 20 years. Been to two of the locations here in town and the staff has always been friendly and professional with every visit. The exams have been thorough, I've always had my questions answered, and appreciate all the information I've been given. There was confusion about insurance that took quite a while to figure out while we had to wait in the car for permission to enter the building. Once back, the doctor, NOT Dr. McAllister, was rude to both me and my daughter and seemed hurried during and after the exam. It was an unpleasant experience for both of us.
Dr. McAllister is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Also appreciate all the extra COVID precautions the staff is taking to ensure our safety.
I always appreciate the calm demeaner and ease I feel when I see Dr. McAllister. Thank you for getting me in right away and explaining everything to me. I thought for sure I had blinded myself. An eye ulcer is no joke.
I’ve been seeing Dr. McAllister for over 15 years now and I will never go anywhere else! The staff are awesome too, very courteous and professional!
