Dr. Lisel is awesome! She was so tuned into me with regards to my aches and pains, asking questions about different parts of my body related to my back and shoulders, and gave excellent at-home tips for me to focus on until my next appointment. Run, don't walk (unless you're in a lot of pain) to schedule an appointment with her!

Love Dr Lisel! She’s super knowledgeable about pregnancy issues, body mechanics and is an amazing chiropractor. Her office is easy to get to—about 5 min off the 5 freeway in Solana Beach. Highly recommend her!
Dr. Lisel is nothing short of a breath of fresh air. I sought her out for chiropractic due to some back pain I had from standing and poor body mechanics at work. I felt relief after my first adjustment! She is my go - to now for any injury or ailment. Highly recommend
