Dr. Stout is a wonderful doctor. One of the very best I have ever been to. She is professional, thorough, respectful, competent, and helpful. She handles potentially embarrassing situations with great dignity and without any discomfort. She listens well and provides excellent explanations. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone!
Very calm and patient with questions. Gives good explanations and does not make you feel rushed. Thorough and reassuring.
This doctor will do tests that she knows you DO NOT need, they bill you for procedures they have NOT done, you wait 2 hours to find out they will NOT help you! I will not GO back.
Had blood in my urine. She examined me and said that she didn't see any thing, but suggested I get a CAT Scan. So I spent $800.00 to get a scan and never heard from her or any follow up. I would not recommend this "doctor."
Easily the worst medical experience in years! It took seven weeks to get an appointment and I was on-time for the appointment. I waited over an hour to be brought into an exam room, and was told Dr. Stout would be with me "shortly". Forty minutes later, with no updates from the staff, or seeing Dr. Stout, I walked out. I had previously seen Dr. Stout and she was uniformly behind schedule by 30 minutes or so. As a physician I like her, and think she's competent, but the waiting is ridiculous.
Dr. Stout is wonderful, but ridiculously overbooked on a regular basis. On my first visit I waited over two hours to be seen. Subsequent visits my wait times were in excess of an hour. This is disrespectful of patient's time. I will be seeking a new doctor in hopes of finding one who values my time as well as their own.
Dr. Stout is absolutely a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person. I hesitate to write anything negative, but the actual clinic is among the most poorly managed I have ever interacted with. The front office routinely overbooks the doctors, resulting in typical wait times of well over an hour. I can understand an occassional emergency, but over the course of almost five years i have found these wait times to be routine. It has begun to infuriate me to the point of looking for another doctor.
I think Dr Stout is an amazing Doctor, however this is ruined by the fact that her office overbook and keep you waiting for well over an hour, without any apologies or explanations. As I left, I discovered from other people in the wait area that this isn't unusual, in fact it's normal. In my opinion, no matter how good the Doctor, this shows a complete lack of respect for the patient, assuming the patient's time isn't as valuable as the Doctors.
Lisa stout is the best dr ever. I have ic and it's a complex disease she is amazing and kind and I have been a patient for 10 years and she is abousulty the best dr in the state. She cares, she listens and she just amazing.
