Well I am looking to get LASIK done but there is one place I know I won’t be going to...this place, Heart of Texas Eye Institute. Why? Because apparently paramedics and EMT’s aren’t good enough to be considered healthcare workers. Never mind that medics can start IV’s, give medications, intubate, surgical cric someone, among other procedures and care. Can their own nursing staff even do any of that? Glad I won’t be supporting this place.

The staff here are amazing particularly Diana and Dr Mcintire have been amazing to me. I never thought I would be able to see in 20/15 let alone 20/20. Appreciation is an understatement for what I feel for what they’ve done for me

All the employees are friendly and very helpful. Had eye surgery in December by Dr. McIntire and she did a great job my vision has improved to 20/20 and I only need reading glasses. A great team they work together well. HUGS
I had an awesome experience with my Lasik procedure especially considering how much I do not like to be the patient- I prefer to be on the other side and be the healthcare provider. I am immensely impressed at the care, diligence, professionalism, education, follow-up, and lastly the great results that I can already see from my procedure by the the end of the day. So glad and blessed to have Dr Lara as my eye doctor!!!
