This doctor wouldn’t listen that the medicine was not working and when home life got stressful (due to taking care of a family member passing) she refused to file short term disability paperwork. She said my new increased depression and anxiety was not necessary for a leave of absence. She did not listen that me and my wife were taking care of the hospice patient, but told me she would be a fraud if she wrote out short term disability forms. Dr. Lisa Werner is absolutely terrible. She is arrogant and reluctant to listen to her patients concerns and needs. She had me on the wrong medicine for months and was unwilling to understand that the medicine was a poor fit. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone EVER.
If you are looking for help with ADHD, avoid her. Unfriendly, no warmth, didn't listen to me. Told me that I appeared psychotic when I was actually just on the verge of an anxiety attack. My intensely high blood pressure should have been an identifier for her. It was WAY above normal. She couldn't have possibly come to her conclusions in one short meeting.
