Awful, the office staff is horrible and abusive to seniors. They do not care about patients.

I went for the first time I believe I saw Dr.Holden (the female) she was pleasant she gave me a good eye check my kids did to, they have a family waiting room thats apart and I liked that, the place was huge not what I was expecting, the receptionist was very nice they have alot of diffrent glasses to choose from.

I specifically told them what I needed done and what I had going on when I made the appointment. Right when the doctor walked in to room she said she couldn't do anything about it. She referred me out and charged me 70$ for that. I'm so frustrated because I'm in pain and they just wasted my time and money. Would not refer anyone to them.
