I feel Dr. Lisa Toffey is one of the best internists I have ever gone to. I was under her care for over 30 years. I felt she listened to me when I spoke, tried to help me face a few things that were hard for me to face, and always had my best interest at heart. I would recommend Lisa Toffey to anyone looking for a PCP. I would also like to say her staff is flawless. If I could give Dr. Toffey and her staff more than 5 stars I would. Not a good doctor. She is fine if you have something straightforward but once I developed a more complicated problem she made no effort to help me at all. She didn't have any helpful referrals and frankly admitted to "not knowing much" about it. I realized once I finally switched doctors and got appropriate help how dismissive she was. I am so much better now with a different primary care physician who actually listened and is on board with treating me. Please don't bother...
Always responds to phone calls ASAP. Very caring and reassuring. Keeps up with new research. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful and superior doctor.
Excellent doctor's office.... the location is very easy to get to and find... the facility is very clean and organized.. all of the office staff is very friendly and helpful.. Dr. Lisa Toffey is excellent and cares about each and every individual patient equally. She takes the time to answer every question and concern from everyone, and it does not go unnoticed.. thank you..
