Not a good doctor. She is fine if you have something straightforward but once I developed a more complicated problem she made no effort to help me at all. She didn't have any helpful referrals and frankly admitted to "not knowing much" about it. I realized once I finally switched doctors and got appropriate help how dismissive she was. I am so much better now with a different primary care physician who actually listened and is on board with treating me. Please don't bother...
Always responds to phone calls ASAP. Very caring and reassuring. Keeps up with new research. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful and superior doctor.
Excellent doctor's office.... the location is very easy to get to and find... the facility is very clean and organized.. all of the office staff is very friendly and helpful.. Dr. Lisa Toffey is excellent and cares about each and every individual patient equally. She takes the time to answer every question and concern from everyone, and it does not go unnoticed.. thank you..
Dr. Toffey is an excellent doctor. She is extremely thorough and really cares about her patients. Dr. Toffey will take the time to explain any results/issues to you and she will call you - that's right she will call you directly when issues arise. Also, the office always gets you in for an appointment when you need it.....and you do not have to wait (Dr. Toffey and her staff respects your time!).
