I am very disappointed with this practice. I was communicating with Haley and planning on booking here. I was talking with Haley regularly then all of a sudden, I stopped getting responses. Dr. DiFrancesco already approved my surgery and had me get a medical clearance. I paid for the medical clearance then I stopped hearing from this practice. I am big on signs so I am happy this occurred before I paid money, then they disappeared. I would not recommend any practice who would treat a potential patient like this.
