Echoing what so many others have said... went in for a check up a year ago as I was new to the area. The office was chaotic and unprofessional. They had to take my x-rays multiple times because the assistant had not been trained on the machine properly. The dentist said I needed 6 teeth repaired. I went in to have a crown replaced, she talked me into doing another tooth that was next to it as well. Wonderful service, very patient and kind to my daughter.
She billed my insurance for a crown that I never got. Ridiculous!
Had a bunch of X-rays done and was told I had multiple cavities on all 4 quadrants of my mouth. In a separate visit She “fixed” one of the quadrants and I left feeling like something wasn’t right with the work she did. I didn’t see a dentist for over a year and when I did I expected to have a bunch of cavities. Turned out I had zero! Lisa does work that is not needed on patients. If you go to Lisa Browning I suggest getting a second opinion.
