First couple appointments were good. Receptionist is always nice. Clean office. Not a long wait time at all. Beside manner was initially good, Dr. Sindass was very warm and kind. However, the last appointment not so much. She can come across as condescending and when I would provide my experience, answer her questions or input in terms of the care of my baby, she gave the sentiment as if it was not valid or significant. Dr. Sindass runs a truly unique and excellent pediatric practice. When our newborn arrived, we signed up for her Sprouts in-home house call program, and it made those early months so much easier. The pricing is reasonable, and having a pediatrician come to your home instead of packing up a newborn for an office visit is so invaluable. Childbirth and the newborn trenches are overwhelming and having this option made a massive difference for us. Dr. Sindass exhibits exceptional bedside manner evidenced by her palpable love for children. My kids and I always have a great experience with her and her assistant each visit. We are always able to get an appointment, experience average wait- time, and receive necessary documents hassle-free. I absolutely recommend!
Dr Boynes Sindass was always a pleasure to visit! She has great bedside manner and has always been extremely friendly/good at making my sometimes anxious boy feel more comfortable with his doctor visits. Would highly recommend. We are moving - if only we could take her with us
