If I could give a rating of 0 I would. Absolute HORRIBLE service!!!!!!! After confirming with my insurance company weeks previously that they were in network, I received a call 25 minutes before my appointment letting me know that they DO NOT accept my insurance and it would cost $201 for my appointment. I got off the phone with the receptionist, called my insurance company again, and they again confirmed that they ARE in network.... when I arrived for my appointment they insisted that was not true and charged me $201 as sel... read more
The worst place ever unprofessional, my appointment was a 10 and they put me in a room, undressed and completely forgot about me. One of the nurses was looking for me in the waiting room till she realized I was in one of the rooms. I was there till 11:30 That's when I decided to get dress and lft and no one even notice. The waiting room was to pack of people they make people wait since they only have one doctor.
