Was a previous patient that they now wouldnt see as they told me im npw a new patient since i havent had to vist the dr (pay them money) in several years..pretty scummy practice.
I’d put a 0 review for Rita the rudest African American lady that calls you back is very unprofessional and raciest we just moved here and they have done nothing.. left my husband in pain cancelled his appointment..worried about confidential stuff and she needs to be updated to new technology..told my husband he didn’t need meds that he’s been on for years…we moved from Colorado and this office is way behind on treatments and understanding of men’s health.. and she asks the dumbest questions like she non educated to even wor... read more
My family member went to Dr. Kopp and was pleased initially. However, if you are not in perfect health and have any problems, this is not the place to go. Nurse Rita (Ratchet) is one of the worst people to ever work in the medical field. She will go out of her way to make you feel both bad about calling and humiliated when requesting anything. Nurse Ratchet should find a job that she likes and Dr. Kopp will continue to lose patients due to this significant personnel problem within her office. To top it off, they referred my ... read more
I trust Dr. Kopp more than I have trusted any other primary care provider. She really listens and always makes me feel comfortable. I will never switch!
Dr. Kopp is respectful of your time - you won't wait long in the waiting room or even when you get back into an exam room. She is very timely about her appointments scheduled. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She will work with you to find answers and get you the best possible help, if needed.
