Dr. Chen is a Good and supportive physician—she provides a lot of positive energy and care. However, the administrative experience at this clinic is truly awful. My appointments were rescheduled three times at the last minute. Additionally, the staff demanded my insurance information one minute before my appointment started, despite me having already provided it digitally.
