My mom has been seeing Lineback for over 10 years. 2 months ago their office took a nose dive and has become the worst psychiatrist office in the area. Instead of getting their staff to answer the phone (who by the way just stand around talking) , they have now hired a phone service. So basically, you call and leave a message, Linebacks office will call you when and if they feel like it. So this also means the pharmacy cant get through to verify refills.
