Just had baby number two with Dr. Ma and his office and with both pregnancies recieved exceptional care! We are thankful to have two very healthy kids and healthy mom and couldn't have done it without Dr. Ma and his office.
I love Dr Ma and Jamie (5 stars earned). Unfortunately, the office staff is 100% awful in a way that I cant overlook (3 stars removed). Im on the hunt for a new gyne! I wouldn't recommend this office, there's no need for things to be so hard.
The trouble started at my 20 week appointment. Baby was measuring in the 5th percentile and they told me not to worry about it. I had risk factors of gestational diabetes so they sent me for my test early and I did not pass. I got a dramatic phone call from nurse Brittany who acted like I personally brought this on myself. After my GD test I had an appointment with Erin. I brought up the baby being small and she told “I wouldn’t lose sleep over it”. When I first needed a gyno, I requested a woman, it just felt more comfortable. I saw a female gyno for 8 years, and I stopped seeing her because she would not listen to me. I started with Jamie/Dr. Ma at a friend's recommendation. Dr. Ma listened to me. When I told him I was still having on going symptoms related to endometriosis, he did not tell me I was wrong- he listened, we talked about treatment options, the possibility that the symptoms were caused by something else.
