Did not listen to my concerns when I thought the nurse should not stick the thermometer so far into my child's rectum. Totally disregarded my concerns and proceed to "show me" by sticking the thermometer even further. Horrible. Definitely not a partner in a child's healthcare when she doesn't even listen to the concerns of a parent. I believe that nurse was later let go (most likely for being TOO ROUGH WITH NEWBORNS).
