Extremely friendly and professional staff!! Even through a very busy morning all the staff and Dr.linda trinh showed great care for every individual in the office including me. 10 out of 10 service !! Diana in the front helped and answered all my questions on searching for my first pair of glasses and was very polite (even through my at least 50 questions)
I found Dr Trinh and all of her employees to be very accommodating and professional. The offices were very nice and I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. The associate who helped me select glasses frames made it a delightful experience. She went above and beyond giving all the time to see as many frames as I wished. All in all, it was a really pleasant experience.
I would recommend Linda as she explained a lot and wax down to earth.
Even though the Dr couldn't help me, she was very apologetic even it wasn't her fault. I appreciate her honesty. Everyone there was very nice. I would refer her to others without hasatation.
