We visited Dr. Sheu for a large bump that grew on my daughter’s nose. She was attentive, kind and knowledgeable and it was a very good experience.
Dr. Sheu is very kind, patient, and understanding. She seems genuinely interested in solving my problem. She lays out the different treatment options and lets me weigh in on which route I'd prefer to go.
I know how difficult it is to find a good doctor, and I’m happy to say that Dr. Linda Sheu is both a great doctor and a kind person. She is always polite, professional, and attentive to every detail you share. I really appreciate that she offers different treatment options and clearly explains any possible downsides. The clinic is clean, and the reception staff is polite and helpful. Dr. Sheu is an amazing dermatologist! I would give her 10 stars if I could. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She gave me great recommendations on treating my adult acne, as well as my children’s eczema and acne. Her office moved recently to Palo Alto, and I will definitely be seeing her there!
We came here twice with our 4 year old kid. 1st time waited for 30min. 2nd time waited 1 hour. Staff had no apology for being late, Dr Linda Sheu behaves impatient and not responsible. Ohh we only know this is not vitiligo and we don’t know why and we don’t know what to do. There is really no suggestion provided.
