Edit: I never heard of eyesight suddenly improving, and was confused regarding my new scrip/glasses, but the team got me in fast and Dr. Krishnaratnam explained how this can happen. I left happily surprised, thanks. Previously: Today I had Dr Yoshimura and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, as well as extremely courteous. Well done!
*Update to add that the team here were so kind to see me right away to address concerns with my scrip and new glasses! I had no idea that eyesight could actually improve over time, but Dr. Krishnaratnam explained why it might and confirmed that it really had. That was truly the best possible answer to my confusion. : ) - Today I had Dr Yoshimura and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, as well as extremely courteous. Well done!
My prescription was wrong and refused to take any responsibility for it—incredibly unprofessional staff. I never write reviews, but this was so bad, I was compelled to.
