Make an appointment for cataract surgery and was told the first appointment is with her son and was told that there would be many pre-surgery tests during the first appointment. The staff also said the surgery would be in February. But during the first appointment, Her son did not do the necessary pre-surgery tests . I have been privileged many times to receive phenomenal eye care from Dr Dressler and especially from Dr Randolph. I absolutely love this clinic and the people who provide exceptional services ranging from the receptionists , to the optical technicians and of course Dr Dressler and Dr Randolph. But today I also received incredible service from a technician named Amanda. She was so kind, talented, compassionate and above all …patient! Just had laser cataract surgery on Friday. So far so good. Dr. Dressler is so good at explaining everything going on through the surgery and first post op appointment. I am so pleased. She is a very nice person . I have seen Dr. Gelled for years and very pleased with his care.
I saw Dr. Randolph yesterday. I had a minor eye problems in my right eye. When I called in the morning, I had no problem at all the doctor will see me that afternoon. I was very impressed that how everything was taken care for me by the staff, the nurses and Dr. Randolph. Thank you very much for all your help.
I have been a patient of Dr. Dressler for many years and her services have always been professional. I recommend her as an outstanding Doctor.
My husband and I had successful cataract surgeries with no pain or complications. We chose laser surgery and distance toric lenses. We had no surprises and could see as soon as the shield came off (no stress). Dr. Dressler is overloaded, but her office does a great job of scheduling her to put her skills where they are the most needed. I do wish she provided written instructions for the frequent prescription changes during surgery recovery. My changes were quite complicated and written instructions would have helped.
Went for annual eyes checkup. The process to sign in was excellent and Dr Dressler, as always, was careful, meticulous and interested in the examination.
The office staff is caring and helpful. Dr Dressler listens to your concerns and explains her diganosis so you understand. I highly Recommend this office!
She is enthusiastic about her work and helping patients achieve desirable outcomes. I wish I found her sooner.
