After keeping my 82 year-old mom waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours to be seen at a regular office visit. My mother decided she couldn’t wait anymore, but I confronted the staff and asked them to Please see my mom they went and told the doctor that we were waiting. 10 minutes later the doctor finally came out and my mother left. By far the worst internist. This is my father’s second time in Aventura hospital and the second time Ramirez has mistreated my father. Discharging him while not knowing he has pneumonia, postponing the order for a breathing treatment, and overall incompetence. I’ve tried to have her removed from his case before she kills him. She’s still on the case and 2 weeks later my dad is still In telemetry. She should not be allowed to practice
