Both of my boys have gone to her since birth. Never had any trouble and she is extremely thorough.
First time patient, didn't have to wait long for an appointment. We liked Dr. Jiang a lot. She really took her time with our daughter and took all of her symptoms seriously. She called to follow up and I am very happy with my experience.
Very bad staff and Dr Jiang can barely speak English, my son was 11 months and they still out off his 9 month check up cause they don't know how to schedule.. Stay away from!!
We were lucky enough to get Dr. Jiang as the doctor on call when our first daughter was born. She is very thorough and because of this she played an integral role in the diagnosis and follow up care for our 2 daughter's heart defects and our older daughter's skull condition (all of which required surgery). She is very good and very caring. I will always remember and be grateful that she called me after my daughters' surgeries to check on us. She's great.
Most inconsistant doctor I have ever had to deal with at capital medical center. A lot of the nurses even rolled their eyes when she was talked about. Hope to never see her again or let her ever touch my son again. My 48 hour release became a week because she overexagerated our symptoms/fever to a doctor at Mary bridge. My water was not leaking for 48 hours, wasnt even 24 hours when arrived and our fevers were gone almost instantly and never came back after antibiotics.
Dr jiang is really amazing with my kids, she always diagnosed them correctly and gave them appropriate treatment. She was never wrong. I never had an issue with any of her or her staff members or nurses. We moved out of state last month and we will miss dr jiang. We will now be tasked with finding a pediatric Doctor as good as her.
We have been a patient at this pediatrics office for about a year. Dr Jing is good. She is reassuring and professional. She is nice and tries to make the kids feel welcomed and relaxed. The nursing staff is very hit or miss and mostly miss. Your only as good as your front end staff and nurses. They do most of the work. We have had some of the worst service and experience with the nursing staff. And honestly it is the Dr's job to ensure this does not happen.
Dr. Jiang is a wonderful pediatrician. She really listens to parents and takes time to get to know the kids she sees. We feel very fortunate to have found her.
She sees my son and will soon be seeing my child due soon. Appointments are not rushed, she takes the time to speak with my son and make sure that he is developing well. Im excited to have her be my new babys pediatrician as well.
