I have had 6 colonoscopies in recent years so I can compare. The last two with Dr. Tran were humiliating. While I was in the procedure room laying on my left side speaking to the anesthesiologist who was sitting two feet from my face explaining the procedure and asking me questions one of the technicians threw the blankets off of me, opened my gown and had my naked body exposed. I so agree with those who speak of Dr Trans wonderfulness as a healthcare provider. Being a person who had incomplete/failed colonoscopies from several others i searched long and hard- i have a challenging body for that procedure. But she did the impossible . But that's just part of my admiration of her. She's a true doctor in terms of CARE. I'm a complex patient and she treats your individuality rather than wanted to rush you along as being more effort than it's worth. A gem in my experience and i'm particular !
Dr Tran is a good listener and takes complaints very seriously. Seems to be caring and not at all, does she rush her patients.

My husband I have been seeing Lily for 8 years now since we moved to Florida, we thought she was wonderful and such a great doctor until he really got sick. We went the the ER a few times while waiting to get one of her appointments because they couldn't move it up any sooner, her nurses took a very long time to contact us back. While we were waiting on them my husband passed away. I will no longer be seeing Lily either because it takes to long to get answers, had my husband went to another doct
I love Dr Tran. I was impressed with her thoroughness, her kindness, knowledge and treatment. I have a couple of GI issues for which she has treated me, and I have to say, she is my favorite dr. I would highly recommend her.
