Dr. Tran is great but her staff are awful! They never return phone calls, and Michael is rude! She deserves a good office manager (me) and good staff that care because people usually judge s physician by their staff.
Staff never answer phones. Michael in office is useless. You will wait days for a response from their web site. Save your life and find a office that cares about your health.
I have had 6 colonoscopies in recent years so I can compare. The last two with Dr. Tran were humiliating. While I was in the procedure room laying on my left side speaking to the anesthesiologist who was sitting two feet from my face explaining the procedure and asking me questions one of the technicians threw the blankets off of me, opened my gown and had my naked body exposed. Dr George understands how embarrassing and upsetting some medical issues can be and thank goodness for that. Had he been stand-offish, I would have been very uncomfortable. He spent all the time I needed to feel calmer and was very helpful. I referred him to a friend and she had the same impression. His staff was also very nice and polite.
Dr. George took all the time needed for me to understand my condition I have had for 7 years. He took me off 2 of my medicines that were not needed for the condition I have, All of his staff were pleasant and helpful. I only had to wait a few minutes to see the dr when arriving. My last gastro always was late as least 2 hours. I am very thankful to have a doctor that cares and is helping me now. I have recommended him to family and friends.
I so agree with those who speak of Dr Trans wonderfulness as a healthcare provider. Being a person who had incomplete/failed colonoscopies from several others i searched long and hard- i have a challenging body for that procedure. But she did the impossible . But that's just part of my admiration of her. She's a true doctor in terms of CARE. I'm a complex patient and she treats your individuality rather than wanted to rush you along as being more effort than it's worth. A gem in my experience and i'm particular !
Dr. George is extremely compassionate. He has been my doctor for several years. He does not overbook. When I arrive at his office I usually only have to wait a few minutes to see the doctor. He always reviews my prescriptions from my other doctors. He will remain with me as long as it takes to make sure I understand my medical condition and all my options. I definitely recommend Doctor Garth George.
Dr Tran is a good listener and takes complaints very seriously. Seems to be caring and not at all, does she rush her patients.
