I was an existing patient. No one answers the phone so I had to leave a message 3 times. Never got a return call. Ended up getting an appointment with another provider who actually returns phone calls.
Dr. Tran is never there as she's too busy being a doctor for Leesburg hospital. What's the point of having an office if you can't run it? Her staff is horrible and didn't even know how to reach her if you went said hospital. I went there without appointment because I was furious of getting the runaround of being told to go to see her at the hospital when she wouldn't. I got treated like I was a liar about taking the medication I was prescribed, and promptly removed from the practice as I was 'too complicated'. More like too ... read more
Dr Tran is awesome everybody SUCKS! Billing is a nightmare. The office needs to get there stuff right. Probably won’t go back because they don’t credit payments.
As a nurse with over 10 years of experience and having first hand experience of this office, I would not recommend.- Poor to no communication- Lack of follow through- Inability to address acute issues or concerns- Constantly booking out, at times over a month, sometimes longer.- Lack of empathy from staffI did bring my grievances to the attention of the office manager, Janice, on a Friday. No follow up, called 5 days later and was advised she went on vacation. My issue was still not addressed by interim manager.
I loved Dr. Tran. I had a colonoscopy 2 months ago. The issue is now I’m not feeling well with stomach issues. When I called to get an appointment, I was told I have to wait until October, 5 months from now. I could be dead by then. The reception was awful. I really needed help and she refused to give me an appointment.
A really good Doctor
She is booked solid, no pun intended. Dr Tran and her well trained Staff and assistants performed colonoscopies on both me and previously my wife with High marks for extraordinary care. Her facility is spotless and her attention to detail precise. It took me a while playing telephone tag with her scheduler, but after that smooth sailing.
Dr. Tran is great but her staff are awful! They never return phone calls, and Michael is rude! She deserves a good office manager (me) and good staff that care because people usually judge s physician by their staff.
Staff never answer phones. Michael in office is useless. You will wait days for a response from their web site. Save your life and find a office that cares about your health.
