I’ve been trying since February to get my orthotics covered but because no pre authorization was sent in I had to end up paying out of pocket $400.i was on the phone with the office and insurance to work it out but after 3 months Dr Liliana Heath called me to tell that I cannot keep using her resources to help solve this .. as a patient I thought that was their job to help out but I thought wrong.
