I called today and was treated within a couple hours for a broken filling. (I’ve been with my dentist since 1977 but couldn’t get an appointment after trying for over a week. I had a personality conflict with the scheduling office help. She suggested I seek treatment elsewhere ! ) I did just that. Dr Cox and his staff treated me like I’d been there all these years. Very rude staff. I requested medical records and was denied. They consistently give me a hard time with requesting my information and obtaining copies that are justly mine.

I called Dr. Cox’s office regarding a crown coming off along with several other dentist. My neighbor had referred me to his office. No one could see me as soon as Dr. Cox could. I’m very happy that his office was the one I chose. The front office is as very nice and so was the assistant that seated me. He replaced my crown and I set another appointment for my new crown. Thank you all so much you made my visit a very pleasant one.

His staff is very rude. I had to reschedule my yearly cleaning last week and then today due to sick children and his staff stated "of course you need to reschedule, why am I not surprised?! we can never get you to come for your appointments" I will no longer take my business here. It is never ok to speak to a patient this way.
