If I could give less than one star I would. My family and I are newer to this area and my fiancé NEEDED to be seen immediately. His whole right side of his face and neck were swollen due to an infection and tooth that needed to be pulled. I was calling around and got to Alpine Dental, called explained a bit of what was going on and the lady immediately declined us and just said oh no we don’t do tooth extractions and yet it says right on there website they do. I've been going here for 15 or more years and Dr. Maltby is great, but his team is no longer doing their job. Not sure what changed but for about quite a few years it's been horrible. No one answers the phone, rarely get a call back when trying to schedule an appointment, getting in for a cleaning within 6 months is a struggle, insurance claims are processed wrong and the office is managed horribly. This dentist office put on people waiting list for emergency or un emergency list for a while definitely depending if people are in tooth pain or need something to be fix or only for cleaning check up regular vist ! The office staff was helpful to me tell me where I cold go different place to check the back of my tooth pain I was having & I got in different place sooner because I was in pain & was on waiting list there . There are some changes there now with medical plans for people can use to see the dentist & staff there !
