They do not answer phone and after leaving messages... they are not returned. Frustrating!
I've been a patient of Dr Shalloway for over 25 years. I never feel rushed and he listens. Highly recommend.
First of all, I want to make sure that whoever reads this understands that Dr.Shalloway is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately after being with this doctor for over 10 years I no longer will be seen here. I have given them many opportunities to fix the administrative issues that this office has. When it’s not a prescription error, it’s issues with my referrals and now I was told that Dr.shalloway did not order my lab results. This was the last straw. HORRIBLE customer attention, my husband and I are patients of Dr. Lester Shalloway and I called to make an appointment for my daughter to be seen as a new patient, but was told I could not even hold it without giving them her Social Security number! She stated something about office policy--what about a patient's privacy not to give their number, especially with all the fraud that goes on with SS numbers!
